Welcome to Calvary! This is our new homemade website for 2024. We will have to start out simple and grow it as our knowledge of designing our own website grows.
To start, we are going to focus on getting our Sunday Service Videos, Monthly Activities Calendars, Weekly Blog Posts, and event listings of our upcoming activites going. Then we will expand with other links and pages as time and talent allows.
Other platforms have become restrictive, so we hope our own website will not be limited to social media guidelines that have prohibted us from expressing our faith and you can discover for yourself who the people of Calvary really are.
Come back weelky and enjoy our updates. Pastor Brian will post his Monday Blog once again, we will post videos of our Sunday morning services, and our monthly events calendar. We hope it will be a good resource for you to keep informed about Calvary, who we are and what we do.

Upcoming Events for September
Missions Sunday
Sunday September 1st at 10:30 AM.
The first Sunday of every month is Missions Sunday at Calvary. We receive a monthly offering to support our missionareis in the field and at home in the United States. Recently the Trustees of Calvary have increased the missionaries we support to keep in line with our increased offerings at Calvary. Thank you for your generosity and commitment to World Missions through the Assemblies of God.
Full Equipped Book Study
Begins Sunday, September 8th at 6:30 PM.
Continues each Sunday night though November 24th at 6:30 PM.
12 Sessions covering the work of the Holy Spirit in the Church.
Sunday night, September 8th Calvary will begin a weekly study
of the book Fully Equipped by the Holy Spirit by Ricardo Taylor.
If you have ever wondered about the gifts of the Spirit and their
present day working in the body of Christ or want to experience
them for yourself, then come out as we lead a study designed to
allow us to more fully operate in the gifts of the Spirit.
The book is FREE to all who attend.
Back to Church Sunday
Monday, September 15th at 10:30 AM.
Each year we celebrate Back to Church Sunday at Calvary by giving a free gift to all new people who attend the service. It's our opportunity to reach out and invite our friends, family, co-wokrers, and neighbors to come and get back in church. If you have not been to church for awhile or got away from church this summer, now is the time to recommit to attending. You are missed, needed, and loved.
Communion Sunday
Sunday, September 22nd at 10:30 AM.
Calvary celebrates Communion each month on the 4th Sunday of the month. Join with us this month and celebrate Communion together with the body of Chirst during our morning service.
5th Sunday Fellowship Meal
Sunday, September 29th after the morning service.
After the monring service on the 29th we will gather in Dean Hall for our regular 5th Sunday Fellowship Meal. Calvary will provide the meats, tableware, and condiments. Join us and bring a side dish or dessert, if you can. There is always plenty, so also bring friends, family, co-workers, and neighbors. You don't have to attend the service to come. We just want this regular meal to be a time for us all to fellowship together.
